    Ø  Two sets of high-quality spindles

    Spindle box is equipped with two spindles, which can be adjusted from 260mm to 320mm. It can machine two same workpieces simultaneously based on the same program.

     

    Ø  Two sets of automatic tool changers

    Two sets of auto tool magazines are installed on the right and left sides of column in order to achieve the independent tool exchange of double spindles. The magazine has 24 tools and is fast and accurate in tool changing.

     

    Ø  Two automatic chip conveyors

    Two automatic chips conveyors, interior and exterior, are applied. The machine is equipped with chip collecting water recovery slot on its two sides and can convey chips to back of machine. It can realize unmanned management, efficient and reliable.

     

    Ø  Herringbone-type column

    The column is shaped in herringbone structure with wide cross section size, which ensures

    structural rigidity and junction rigidity.

     

    Ø  Completely enveloped and closed design

    The machine is equipped with closed protective cover with cocoon and dual-door. Stainless steel shield are used on all guide ways.

     

    Ø  Thin-oil automatic lubrication

    Guides, ball screw and bearings are automatically lubricated by thin oil, which leads to reduce friction and the loss of vulnerable, lower power consumption and prolong the service life of machine.
